Work out

I have been working out everyday in the gym for almost four month.
And I can see that my body is changing, muscles are building up. Feel so good I am not that thin guy any more.
I am proud of myself for keeping on doing this for such a long time. I guess I am propelled by noticing the changes and by testing myself of my endurance. I will keep on working out and see how it goes.
And since I am doing a pretty good job of working out. It is probably a good time to go a little bit further.
I will search web for some professional suggestions and try to do it like a pro.
